Isabel Brecher, LMSW
Isabel graduated from the University of Maryland- Baltimore in 2023 with her master’s degree in clinical social work. As a licensed clinician, Isabel employs a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to treatment that seeks to meet people where they are in their mental health journey.
Having worked in a range of clinical settings including residential facilities, correctional centers & crisis centers, Isabel is highly skilled in crisis management and working with individuals struggling with suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. Isabel’s experience working with those in crisis particularly highlighted for her the power that lies in truly feeling seen and heard serves as a guiding principle for her sessions while pulling from various therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and family systems.
