I’m the Owner and Founder of Choice Clinical Services (CCS) and a practicing therapist on staff. I started CCS to create a space where I could provide ethical and evidenced based mental health care in a safe environment but with a flexible schedule that allowed me to also meet the needs of my family. I’m the momma of two neurodiverse children and believe strongly in advocacy and speaking your truth loudly. I bring my real self into my practice as a therapist. I use real talk, which is empathic but challenging when it needs to be. I believe that therapy is a partnership based on trust and honesty and my hope is that this is what we are providing at CCS.
