Kyndal is a licensed social worker committed to helping young adults and women of color learn how to address concerns in their present and from their past in order to build the future that they want. Kyndal’s educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Fordham University in New York City and a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University. She believes in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. Kyndal utilizes both Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Strengths-Based perspectives to assist you with this process. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in various settings including schools, outpatient mental health clinics, and the community.
